MCU ini dimensi ukuran kecil,  meski demikian Mikrokontroller ini banyak fitur-fitur nan cukup komplit untuk pengembangkan dan pembelajaran berbagai rangkaian proyek elektronika. Raspberry Pi Pico Dengan Chip yang di beri nama mikrokontroler RP2040 buatannya , yang memiliki keunggulan dua core Cortex-M0+ sudah mendukung koneksi Wifi dan nirkabel Bluetooth Low Energy.

Raspberry Pi Pico saat ini lebih banyak di pakai karena ada fitur unggulan, seperti RAM sebesar 264 KB, 30 pin GPIO (General Purpose Input/Output), ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) dengan resolusi 12-bit, PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), dan sambungan USB. MCU RP2040 ini Telah mendukung  coding dalam bahasa pemrograman C/C++ atau MicroPython yang bisa di upload dengan Arduino IDE dan aplikasi Thonny.
